After drawings are received then a technician programs the CNC turret punch presses accordingly, provides the necessary tooling, produces the desired parts and lastly ships to the desired location. Precision sheet metal punched parts are produced routinely at a price that saves our customers significant money - even if they had previously been doing them in house.
Provided by manufacturer: material(carbon steel, aluminum, stainless, etc.), program the equipment per the requirements of the customers' drawings, punch the sheet metal material with precision and accuracy, bundle strap and wrap the parts for shipment and ship. In many cases shipping is free.
